What is the Return Policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return we require it meet the following conditions:
All products are closely inspected prior to shipping. Damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. If your product packaging is damaged prior to opening, please note this on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately. We may require images of the damaged items to be emailed to us. Save all packaging materials and damaged product. We will file a claim with Stamps.com on your behalf and replace (if the items are in stock) or credit the damaged materials in the meantime.
