What is the Return Policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return we require it meet the following conditions:
- You have 14 calendar days from day of delivery to return an item.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Products must be returned in the original box and/or packaging.
- If the original box is missing or damaged, contact us for a pre-authorization before returning the products. Restocking fee may also apply.
- Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated within 48 hours. Refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 10 business days.
- What if my products are broken?
All products are closely inspected prior to shipping. Damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. If your product packaging is damaged prior to opening, please note this on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately. We may require images of the damaged items to be emailed to us. Save all packaging materials and damaged product. We will file a claim with Stamps.com on your behalf and replace (if the items are in stock) or credit the damaged materials in the meantime.
